We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation RN to provide compassionate and comprehensive nursing care to patients recovering from surgery, illness, or injury. The Rehab RN plays a vital role in helping patients regain independence and achieve their highest possible level of functioning while collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team. 

Key Responsibilities:  

• Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, wound care, and monitoring of vital signs. 

• Develop and implement individualized care plans focused on rehabilitation goals. 

• Educate patients and families on recovery, self-care, and health maintenance. 

• Collaborate with physicians, physical/occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals. 

• Monitor patient progress and document care accurately in medical records. 

• Support patients emotionally and physically during their recovery journey. 

• Maintain safety and infection control standards at all times. 

Qualifications:  

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in MT 

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing 

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) 

• COVID vaccine, TB test 

• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience; rehabilitation or med-surg experience
