Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) - Travel Position  

Location: Saint Louis, MO 

Job Type: Travel Contract   

Duration: 13 weeks  

Shift: 3x12s Days 

Pay: $2137/week  

Job Description:  

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to provide specialized care to patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring. The Telemetry RN will monitor heart rhythms, assess patient conditions, administer treatments, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe and effective care. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality patient outcomes. 

Key Responsibilities:  

• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, promptly reporting changes in patient condition. 

• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as prescribed. 

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members on patient care plans. 

• Educate patients and families on cardiac conditions, treatments, and lifestyle modifications. 

• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and progress. 

• Maintain compliance with telemetry and hospital safety standards. 

Qualifications:  

• Active RN license in MO 

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing  

• BLS and ACLS certifications, COVID vaccine, TB test 

• Minimum 1 year of Telemetry nursing experience
